*Bird Watching and Identifying Session

The sessions will be led by Vamsi Chundi – who has been watching birds closely right from his early days in the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve and has developed a good eye to spot birds all around. He is a professional photographer with birds and butterflies as his pet subject.

The first session will be at Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary where the children would be given interesting and surprising bits of information on birds nesting here from around the world.

The second session would be at the camp site – would include a short slide show to understand birds of the region followed by a walk to identify and record different birds, their colours, bird sounds and flying patterns.

The third session and probably the most interesting one will done at Moyar Forest Range of Mudumalai Forest close to Masinagudi.

**Creative Eye – A workshop that aims to tickle the little minds on the different ways they can see the natural world around us

A fun, creative and practical session which encourages and coaches children to understand different perspectives of how they can see the natural world – shapes, sizes, forms and colours.

When they learn that others have different ways of seeing the natural world, it helps build mutual respect and personal growth of the child – which is the primary aim of this workshop.

This session will be led by Shashi Kiran, a professional photographer who has studied photography at the famed Light & Life Academy, Ooty. Shashi Kiran has great passion for wildlife and nature photography.

This session will help children to observe and visualise their subject of interest in the abundant natural surroundings.

***IADLife Workshop

The aim of this workshop is for children to discover themselves through a new science called ‘YOU’, also called ‘Human Science’ by IADLife, that will prove useful to them in every sphere of life – health, relationship, love, education and career.

Conducted by Mrs. Reena Yadav, this workshop will focus on the following:

·         Recognizing and getting over stress that exhibits itself various physical, behavioural and verbal symptoms.
